DESIGN CONCEPTS
JAFA will help you choose the correct materials, frame, sign face and lighting for your project. Taking into consideration visibility and branding elements.
Step 3
STRUCTURAL DESIGN
A proper foundation must be designed to support the sign's height and weight, often requiring concrete footings, poles and engineering.
Step 4
SIGN PERMIT
Jafa Signs will assist with the sign permit application and help source engineered drawings if required. Approved artwork will be required for this process. If electrical needs to be brought to the signs we can recommend certified electricians and supply technical information.
Step 5
FABRICATION
Once the permit is approved sign fabrication may begin. JAFA will construct a sturdy frame to support the signs, weld, paint and apply graphics. Assembly is done in our large warehouse then the sign is CSA Approved and ready for installation.
Step 6
INSTALLATION
Holes are excavated, concrete poured and a base is ready to support your sign. The pylon sign is loaded onto one of our bucket trucks, craned into site and installed, secured and hooked up by our technicians.
