How Are They Made?
Step 1
DESIGN
You can supply your own artwork of hire one of our graphic designers to design your decal for you. JAFA can assist with vectorizing your artwork and supply design proofs for your decal project.
Step 2
PRINTING
Once designed, we will quote your project and give you printing and material options to choose from.
Step 3
LAMINATING
After your decals are printed we laminate them for extra durability and UV protection.
Step 4
CONTOUR CUTTING
After printing and lamination the decals are fed through a cutter to be contour cut to shape.
Step 5
TRIMMING
After the cutting process your decals go to finishing where they are trimmed to sheet stock, rolls or individual stickers.
Step 6
COMPLETION
Now you are ready to hand them out!

What art files to you require if we send in our own artwork?
We prefer vector files, PDF, AI or EPS converted to curves.
How do I apply a decal?
Clean the surface, carefully peel the backing, and place the decal in the desired location. Many decals come with application transfer tape to help with the positioning. Use a squeegee to apply the decal.
